Grcic Floors

Description of Work: We have used Mike Grcic, owner of Grcic Floors, several times for work on the hardwood floors in our home. He has done large and small projects here and every time he was the most professional tradesman I've ever had in my home. He is extremely prompt and reliable. When he says he'll be here, he's here. He finishes what he commits to so there's no guessing game like with some contractors. We found him to be very fair at pricing jobs. He has creative ideas of how to solve most floor problems and can help with adding thresholds or hot air vent covers too. He patched and redid our kitchen floors after some old kitchen cabinets were removed. It looks like the new floor has always been here the way he blended it with the edges of the floors in the adjoining rooms. We had a tough to solve problem with a new stone slab around the fireplace in the living room and he produced a wonderful wood border solution that others missed. It now makes the fireplace a show piece. He also has patched and refinished floor treads on several stairs and the floors of several closets. He replaced most of the floor boards and sanded my back porch making it look almost like an interior room floor. He worked for one of my neighbors installing their kitchen floor which looks beautiful. He also constructed and refinished their back porch and stairs.
