 + -1 moreWe were very happy with the work. He is primarily a carpenter, but had an electrical and plumbing subcontractor that he brought in to do that work. He laid the ceramic tile floor himself and did very nice finish carpentry work. He asked us to bring in our own painter to finish out the project. We felt that his work was very well done and that it was very cost effective. He is good to work with, extremely friendly and honest.
Description of Work: Renovated an unfinished 3rd floor space into a 142sf master bath and walk-in closet. The bathroom included at 3'x4' shower, large pedestal sink and toilet alcove. The work also included removing two old windows and replacing wit new wood windows.
