We contacted Charlie at a very busy time of the year. He came and gave us a very competitive bid. He is also a carpenter and had a very busy schedule. He came when he promised he would and did a fine job of installation. We initially asked to have our old gutter covers put on, which proved to be the wrong move. Charlie came back and installed new ones and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the results. We highly recommend him.
