"Not sure why this customer isnt happy with our service especially considering the light he supplied was a complicated chandelier to be mounted in a high difficult location due to cramped space. Job went well over the hour that I estimated and didnt charge him any extra. We also inspected an existing ceiling mounted fan in a bedroom that he was concerned about to see if it had the proper junction box. This also was done at no charge. We have hundreds of satisfied customers...references happily supplied"
