Been using them for about 3 years. He’s great.

It was all fine. He was there early in the morning and he was gone by the time I got home at night, and it was working. The unit works great. I am happy. He did a good job.

Could not have gone better. Dan was a complete professional. Even though it is the height of his busy season he was willing to schedule a 6:30am appointment to fit us in the day after I called him. He showed up on time. Had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour.
Didn't try to overcharge us, or sell us on a new system even though the one we have is obviously pretty old. He just figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and charged us a fair price accordingly.
Would definitely use Top Notch HVAC again in a heartbeat for any central air related issues.

Dan and one helper arrived on time and went right to work on the installation. When it was discovered that he could not run the cable for the air conditioning to the existing thermostat instead of cutting holes in the ceiling he offered to install a new thermostat at no cost, which was actually an upgrade over the one we already had. During the process of specing out the job Dan recommended that we change one of the existing returns to allow better air flow to the furnace for more efficient heating and cooling which he did. They left the areas clean and free of debris, did not track dirt, etc. into our home, and did a high quality job. The duct work they did was done neatly and securely attached to existing ducts/returns.

Excellent service. Had one hiccup when contractor unplugged freezer in basement and forgot to plug it back in. Lost about $300 in food which was taken off bill. Excellent communication between biz owner and myself throughout the process. Always on time. Always professional and courteous.
