Pat Trufant came to my location to do the estimate. In advance, he pulled the town of Franklin DPW information for my location. When he arrived he already knew that there was a "stub" on my property saving me from getting a bond and the cost of a town "street opening." He told me a price that was less than the permits from the town. I thought that this was incredibly resonable.He noted that he was fairly busy, but when the permits were ready he would fit me in. The house was not going to pass Title 5 (septic inspection in MA) so the sewer needed to be done in order to do a final sale on the house. Pat took care of filling out the permit paperwork and sent me a copy marked for my signatures. I offered to just pay for the permits and I dropped them off. I figured it was easier to have me eliminate the middle man for the permits. I notified Pat Trufant that the permits were back and he came out that same week to do the job. It took only a half a day and everything seems perfect. They loamed and seeded the area as well. Pat was great to work with and he was good about return calls and doing things in a timely manner. I would suggest his company to anyone, especially if they need a registered drainlayer for a sewer connection (if he is registered in their town).
