Fantastic all around! Would (and plan to) use them again without a second thought. Bogomil was responsive, professional, honest and detail oriented. We were on a tight time frame between closing on our home and moving in. Bogomil and his team were able to work within our schedule and exceeded our expectations on job completion timing. The work itself looks amazing -- we live in an old Victorian and they were clearly very knowledgeable about the unique--and complicating--aspects of a historic home. I highly recommend!

They are professional, polite and do fantastic work.  Their pricing is very reasonable and the quality of their work is fantastic.  I can literally seem how much better their work is than the those of the previous owners of the house.

Bogomil and his team transformed our kitchen!! We had him paint our cabinets from brown to white, and they look fantastic now. We also had him paint the baseboards on two floors, the ceiling in one room and hallway, as well as our guest bedroom. They did a great job and we will definitely hire them for a project in the future! Bogomil is also very responsive, which was an important factor when we decided to hire them for the job.
 

Optimus did an amazing job. They took an apartment that looked like the walls and ceiling needed to be gutted and replaced, and made it look brand new. They spent 4 weeks prepping, painting, reprepping, and repainting until it was perfect. They sanded old looking moldings and made them look beautiful. They did a spectacular job. We are not talking the equivalent of detailing a classic Ferrari for a a show.  If you are a perfectionist and expect perfection in everything, these guys are for you.

My wife and I are were going on vacation for a week and we wanted someone we could trust with our house to paint while we were away. Contacted several contractors and from the minute Bogomil came by to do a walk through estimate we knew he was our guy. He got us estimates quickly and was great at communicating with us. The day before we were scheduled to leave Bogomil came by and got the hosue keys and instructions. We came home a week later and the house looks amazing! They did a fantastic job and other than freshly painted walls we would have had no idea anyone was in our house. The work was really superior, we are getting all new bathroom fixtures in the bathrooms so we took off everything and Optimus patched up all the holes the fixtures left. We also painted swatches all over the house when we were trying to decide on colors. We used cheap brushes and left brush strokes everywhere. We had no idea this would ruin the texture of the walls. Bogomil gave us a quick and fair estimate to sand down the brush stroles we made so the walls would be even and they are. We can not see one brush stroke mark! We now want to pain the rest of the house and will be using Optimus again for sure! You will not go wrong with Bogomil from Optimus!

They take extra care of the spaces that they work in, making sure to preserve all furniture, flooring, and finishes in the room by covering them up prior to painting. We had a client who had a somewhat messy home to begin with and had not vacuumed in a while- the client noticed that after the painting was completed, it was cleaner than before OPR came to paint! They were very complimentary.
Additionally, every year our company organizes a community service project. Optimus painting helped us complete an extreme bedroom makeover for a child with a chronic medical condition by volunteering their services to help out. It was a very pleasant experience.  The two painters arrived very promptly at 7 am each morning.  Drop cloths were put down and all unmoveable furniture was covered with plastic.  Some furniture was moved.  They were very hard workers, taking a short lunch break and one of them working until 6-7 each evening.  They were pleasant and easy to have in the house.  Their work was impeccable and very professionally done.  Each evening all the drop cloths were put away and the work area was vacuumed.  
Bogomil kept a close eye on the work being done and communicated well with us.
This was an excellent experience for us and we would recommend Bogomil and his company to anyone wanting a professional paint job done without corners being cut.

I hired Optimus Painting to prep and paint the ceilings in my kitchen, dining room, and living room.  Only 3 months prior, another contractor had painted the same ceilings, but he did an absolutely TERRIBLE job and I wanted it done right.  I made the right decision by hiring Optimus.  They were neat, punctual, fairly priced, and most importantly, they do very high quality work.  They prepped, sanded, skim coated, primed, and finish coated the ceiling to perfection.  They also caulked all the gaps between the ceiling and crown molding, something the previous contractor didn't do.  The difference in quality and workmanship between the previous contractor I hired and Optimus is night and day.  I'd recommend them to anyone.

Not the cheapest we looked at, but very good value for your money.  Bogomil was also personally nice and took the time to understand our needs and help give us options with respect to scope and cost.

After we spent entire Saturday on painting popcorn ceilings it two small bedrooms we realized it will take us forever to finish the house, so we decided to call professionals. Next Monday I called several companies on the Angie's list. We got quotes from few companies that  were able to finish the work by the end of the week. We picked Optimus as their quote was one of the best and they are highly rated on the list. Bogomil gave us a quote over the phone and was able to send painters on Wednesday. Ruben and Hugo did very good job painting those ceilings. It appeared that the job was little underestimated but Bogomil honored the original quote. I would definitely hire Optimus' painters again and recommend them to my friends.

They accomplished everything we asked for and more. The owner has very high standards and the result is superb workmanship. They were professional, courteous, respectful and punctual. When they left you couldn't tell that they had even been here. We have had many other people work in our home and no one has ever worked at that level. Obviously, we highly recommend the services of Optimus Painting and Restoration, and will without hesitation use them again.

The job was quickly fit into their existing schedule as I needed the apartment painted between tenants. 
All workmen were pleasant, efficient and coordinated with me on the work and other details like parking etc.
The guys did a great job on both the painting and cleanup after the work.  There were only a few tiny areas that needed touch up and that was done during a final walk through.

The owner of the company offered us a 20% discount if they were able to do the job right away, so we jumped at the opportunity.  He provided a detailed estimate and was patient when we had to revise the scope of work a few times.  The workers were very polite and professional, and they took their time to do a good job. We felt very comfortable leaving them on their own during the day.  They took 1-2 days longer than they had planned, but that was because of their top quality work.  The work done on the trim was excellent and detailed.  Overall, we would highly recommend Optimus!

Bogie and his crew were recommended to us by a trusted friend who had used them on multiple occasions. We were preparing to move and initially hired Optimus to do some touch-up work before we put our place on the market. I was impressed immediately by Bogie's professionalism and skill- he was always on time, communicated clearly about the scope of the work, and was reasonably priced. I have no doubt his stellar work helped us get top dollar for our condo.
We moved into a new home with a lot of square footage and a big list of painting demands. I wasn't sure Optimus would be up for such a big job, but after the great work on our condo and the reasonable quote they gave us on the work, we decided to hire them for the house. We were not disappointed- the crew consists of true artists who couldn't have been nicer to work with. The team worked diligently and responsively to get the job done beautifully in a reasonable amount of time. Our contractor complimented them and the two teams worked together seamlessly. Our house looks amazing and now we won't use anyone else for our painting needs!

We had a very positive experience with Bogie and his crew. We were looking for a contractor that shared our quality standards while not being outrageously expensive, and we found that with Optimus Painting. It was apparent from our first meeting and through the job that Optimus wants to provide quality workmanship and do the job right. The original quote was essentially in the middle of the others and the job was completed on time. We added additional items to the job while it was in process and Bogie was flexible about accommodating that. I would definitely recommend working with Optimus Painting!

First they powerewashed the house then numbered and removed all of our shutters, removed the storms and began calking the windows, once set they primed and painted the outside of all of the windows and doors.  They rebuilt the lower sections of our antique garage door reveling the orignal manufactures plate, it really looks great and took a lot of care.  Some places the old paint had bubbled so they stripped the wood bare and stared over and no more bubbling!  The house has a tremendous amount of exterior detail including wooded gutters that were all refinished.  It took them about 3 weeks from start to finish using various crew numbers depending on avaialbiltiy and task at hand.  When the weather looked threatening they would bring extra help to pick up the pace.
Bogomil the owner gets it.  It's clear that he reconginzes that there is a difference between slapping paint on a house and painting a house the right way so it looks great and will last.

They painted in our house while we were on vacation and were still working for a couple more days after we returned.The job took longer than expected, but Bogomil allowed his painters to work on the weekend (including Sunday) to keep the job moving, and he stayed until 8:30 the last day to finish the job. They did a very good job and were very neat.
