After dealing with two other miserable mortgage brokers, Brian was referred to me. To my surprise, he was exceptional. He responded to all my questions and needs in an efficient and timely manner. Best of all, he would reach out to me to fill me in on anything. We had a few hiccups but he was able to work his magic and make it happen! I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or refer him to any of my friends or family!

Brian is a great mortgage broker and extremely knowledgeable and patient. He worked with us to secure a mortgage lender and was able to help us with a few hurdles along the way. Brian was AWESOME.  We had a unique circumstance where we had to fire our existing mortgage "adviser" due this un-named person's horrible service (If you want his name so you can avoid him, please contact me through Brian.)  Brian saved the day.  He did not "bad-mouth" the other broker from h***--he was very professional.  He simply took charge.  He pointed out key issues that the other guy was dropping the ball on (without disrespecting him) and made us see the light.  We were very nervous about changing mortgage advisers in the middle of our purchasing/closing process--this is the biggest financial moment of our lives--and Brian made us feel at ease.  He exuded confidence in our first few phone consults.  The very night we fired the horror show of a mortgage rep (who didn't have our rate, lending program and other important information after about a month of starting with him), Brian had our rate and loan program that very night!  Before I even called back to tell him we were choosing him, he had already (proactively) made sure that his people would be able to process our loan in time so as not to disrupt original important deadlines.  WE CANNOT RECOMMEND BRIAN MORE VIGOROUSLY.  He was available all hours of the day and night, answering texts, phone calls and emails IMMEDIATELY.  It is ultra-vital to get responses to your questions right away in this process--you do not want to be left hanging.  Brian is very responsive, to say the least.  If you would like to hear more about Brian's service, ask him for my contact info and please contact me.  I will give you more details.  There is simply not enough room in this text box to extol Brian's professionalism.  Please use him for your mortgage.

New Horizon Mortgage Co. helped me finance my home purchase back in 2013.  At the time I had shopped around several other lenders on Angie's List and New Horizon's rate was by far the lowest.  I had other lenders that I was talking to tell me that there's no way that I could get a rate that low.  That was good to hear!  I dealt with Brian Ambrose, he was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt.  He almost always answered his phone, but if he didn't, I'd get a call back within an hour or so (even late at night).
I would definitely recommend this company.  We got an awesome rate and didn't have to pay any closing costs.

I began working with New Horizon Mortgage, late 2010, in an effort to obtain my first home. Brian Ambrose worked with me tirelessly to make sure I was ready for the mortgage process. In April 2012, I found a bank-owned property I liked and Brian worked diligently to close on the property in July 2012. Brian went above and beyond for me, walking me through every step of the process. He made the pain-staking process of buying a bank-owned property much easier to handle. The company even paid for a home inspection when an additional inspection was required, being that it was a bank-owned property that was in bad shape and I was applying for an FHA loan.

Brian at New Horizon Mortgage is an outstanding mortgage broker.  I am a real estate agent and often times, buyer clients come to me and need guidance as to where to get their financing.  I normally give them a "Short list" of lenders I trust to do right by my clients and to give them great rates.  Brian is right at the top of that list!  He has saved more deals for me than I can count.  There was a recent deal where several lenders were contacted for one of my listings where the property was located on a private road. The buyer was qualified, but most of the lenders did not have a program that allowed for lending on a private road where a road maintenance agreement was not in place.  Brian at New Horizon was the only one who pulled through - and with an extremely competitive rate, at that.
