Dr. Robinson has been our vet (one dog, two cats) for over 25 years. We have always been impressed with the compassionate and professional care our pets receive from this animal hospital. Our pets see Dr. Robinson primarily, but on occasion our pets have been seen by other veterinarians in the practice and have been satisfied overall. When one of our pets needed to be euthanized due to fast spreading cancer, Dr. Robinson and one of the nurses met us outside the clinic at a location that was memorable and serene both for our family and our pet. Their level of caring helped to ease our loss. When faced with a complicated or puzzling medical issue, we feel we can trust Dr. Robinson to explore all our options in order to provide the best medical care for our pets.

Medway Animal Hospital is a good facility.

Dr. Woolfson and his vet tech Lori were fantastic. There were two other dog surgeons in our town that perform the surgery but we had read mixed reviews about their hospitals online (mainly complaining about how greedy the hospitals were and how there were hidden fees). Our dog walker highly recommended Dr. Woolfson as someone who would put our dog's health ahead of money - she had previously had her dog's ACL repaired by him. We decided to make the 45 minute trek to meet Dr. Woolfson. He provided us a number of informative materials so that we could make the decision about what surgery our dog would have. He provided his recommendation but with no pressure. He also provided us materials on her recovery at that appointment so that we would know what to expect. The surgery fee included the surgery, all follow-up appointments, and all sedation and x-rays, so there were no hidden surprises. You can tell that Dr. Woolfson and Lori love dogs. We felt very comfortable entrusting our dog's health and life with them. The surgery went great. They were available for any questions or concerns. We were very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to other pet owners.

They actually provided me emergency services as my dog hurt its back and there was kind of hairline. The service was excellent. It was quick and they were able to get me in short notice. They were very thorough and I don't have any complains.

Dr. Robinson and the female doctors in this office are wonderful. To be honest, I love this vet. I have been a nurse for twenty-five years and my beagle is my baby. I still get so worried about her when she's not feeling right. I know I can count on them here to keep her healthy and active and the way I want her to be. They are great not only to dogs, but to dog owners as well and that is the kind of vet I want to deal with.
