Always great experiences (aside, of course, from the repairs needed). I would describe LDT owner and employees as informed, professional, friendly, reliable, and honest. They also let you know any thing they notice that may be a concern inthe future. I have never felt pressured into making any repairs or have felt that I was taken advantage of.
