All the other work is great. Sod looks good, done on time and on budget. At the last minute, Rob (GVL owner) decided that a flower bed in one corner would work better than grass. I said OK. The edge of the bed was dug out, but the mulch was never delivered. Despite multiple promises that the job would get done, and despite my multiple "pleases", and then threats, it still has not been done -- 2 months after I made the final payment. Really liked Rob and his crew until this. Now I wouldn't hire them for any job, any reason. Simply can't understand what is so hard about taking 1 hour to finish a job that is fully paid for. But the fact is, I paid and the job ain't done. Lesson learned.
