General Remodeling
It couldn't have gone worse. No permits were pulled, improper materials and tools were used, the site was left a mess, the job unfinished, and Neil Conroy disappeared. Only public records of recent arrests and a mess in my backyard remain. I have full documentation and witnesses of the horrible job he didn't have the pride or ability to finish.
