+ -1 moreIt couldn't have gone worse. No permits were pulled, improper materials and tools were used, the site was left a mess, the job unfinished, and Neil Conroy disappeared. Only public records of recent arrests and a mess in my backyard remain. I have full documentation and witnesses of the horrible job he didn't have the pride or ability to finish.
Description of Work: Completely fraudulent, untalented, unprofessional thief. I paid this man $3800 to repair an outdoor porch. He used incorrect materials and tools - untreated wood, straight nails for "flooring", though the cheap lumber he bought wasn't meant to be used for flooring, and nothing was finished. It's possible he's had some construction experience, but clearly no carpentry or finish work. Very unskilled and amoral. He claimed to work for FutureHome Designs, but I can't find any reference of them. I'll be filing charges and suing him in both criminal and civil courts.
