Eddy did an excellent job keeping us informed from start to finish. He did more than the original scope we agreed on. He did not charge us additional when issues were discovered that required correcting (i.e. an original load bearing wall was found to be compromised during the demo and he fixed this). His followup was exceptional. The subcontractors he oversaw did a good job. We were very pleased overall and highly recommend him.
