Sergey was fantastic! We did a huge electrical overhaul and had huge holes all over our house. He came in and seamlessly patched every hole. Even more, he talked us through what he was doing and why, sharing his strategy and reasoning for every step. He is kind, incredibly talented, and fairly priced. Couldn't recommend this company enough. We look forward to working with Vessen Home Improvement again in the future!

Vessen Home Improvements have an admirable work ethic. They know their stuff, and are happy to discuss professional ideas and suggestions on what to be done, but will do whatever you want. They were very helpful in moving items in the process of doing the work.

Sergey and his staff were very professional. His staff was here around 8:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm. They were kind, meticulous and respectful. Sergey us very honest and up front. If he think’s something will not look right or thinks a product may be better or worse he will tell you. We are very pleased with his work.

He responded to my initial inquiry within hours and continued to offer support via text while I went to Home Depot to buy new parts. Sergey and his team are very good! They are very punctual. Sergey responds very quickly by text anytime I need something repaired. I had his team add concrete to my basement to level and then add vinyl flooring, it was done quickly, exactly in the time that he said it would be done. I have also had Sergey come for smaller jobs such as drywall repair and painting, or putting up framed pictures in my home. Anytime I text Sergey about an issue he is usually there within one to a few days, if he is not happy with the result he returns at no cost to repair anything he feels can be improved, cost is very concrete and never varies from initial estimate. Sergey is an excellent worker and handyman and I recommend him and his team to anyone! I will continue to use Sergey’s services in the future for anything I need done! I have also had him install permanent fixtures on the home such as a hose reel or a new motion censored light. Anytime I need anything done I ask Sergey first. He is very honest and does not oversell anything. He also can often get multiple things done in one visit and often does not charge for an extra 15 mins spent doing the work. Sergey is a fantastic person and I highly recommend the services!

I've used Sergey for the last few years for handyman projects. He's done: * heavy duty bike rack install * install of water hose reel into masonry * custom window insulation * A/C window unit install * picture hanging * shelf install and many other projects. His quality is good and rates reasonable. He's always showed up on time and done the work requested. He also has a good sense of humor. 5 stars.

Serge did an excellent job renovating our basement living space for a very fair price. I would absolutely use him again for a small to medium remodel or other handyman services. He is very friendly and has good communication.
