Entered my apartment without the legally required 24 hour notice Left my apartment a mess In addition, he is slow to fix things - if at all. When my landlord managed his own properties they were well taken care of. Since he has hired (Neal) Thompson Reality, the property is an absolute mess - from the landscaping, rodent control, prompt snow removal, etc. - HE IS AWFUL. He just sits back, collects checks and nothing more. DO NOT RENT FROM HIS COMPANY DO NOT HIRE HIS COMPANY TO MANAGE HIS PROPERTY. Remember: If you don't believe me, do a Google search and you will see the reviews from others.
Description of Work: This company can not be trusted!! Unfortunately my landlord moved away and appointed Thompson Realty managers over his north shore properties. Just like the other reviewer was saying, they are non-responsive; and when they do respond they do a half-baked job. Lastly and most importantly, they have no problem violating a tenants rights. I came home after a long day to see they had entered my apartment without the proper 24 hour notice that is legally required. My whole house was in disarray. As a single female, I had "feminine" items around which had I had the legal 24 hour notice I would have hidden. I am beyond furious!! Prospective tenants - Look elsewhere. Don't rent any apartments through them. Landlords - Do not leave them in charge of your property. They will not keep it up.
