They have outstanding service and very reasonable prices! They are incredibly honest as well as trustworthy.

They are fabulous. I have been going to them for about 20 years in all kinds of cars. They have done just about everything for me for both gas and diesels- cars ranging from Mercedes to Mazdas.

Sun fixed the problem. I have been going here for years. One time they sent me a check in the mail for a refund because they quoted me a price and when the parts came in they were $50 cheaper. Mr. Sun is really terrific. I always get a price I am happy with.

They solve difficult problems economically. A few years ago my air conditioner went out in a Mercury 300 turbo diesel. Mr. Sun fixed it for for $650.00. 3 days later I received a check for $50 with a note saying the distributor quoted too high and the invoice was for $50 less. This is a very honest company.

I use him for everything because he is honest and efficient. He doesn’t do unnecessary work. He will service any kind of a car with any make. However, sometimes I have a language problem with him because he is Korean. I once had some noise in my car many years ago. I went and told him that I wanted him to drive the car, experience the noise, tell me what it is, and the cost to fix it. He drove the car 5 feet ahead and 5 feet back. He told me the problem was the ball joints in the front axles and told me it would cost $200 per axle to fix it. I also told him to fix a back tire that was going flat. I agreed and left my car there over the weekend before going on a trip. I told him that I will pick it back on Monday. When I went in there on Monday, he just charged me $200 because he said only one ball joint was bad. On another occasion, I went to a tire dealer to buy 4 tires for another car. He was supposed to do the alignment. However, he told that certain parts were worn out in the car and that he would have to do those jobs before doing the alignment. I told him I wouldn’t get it done there. I didn’t take my car back for alignment there. I just went to Sun Auto, and he checked the car. He said nothing was bad on those parts and that there was nothing to fix.

I started with them because I heard a noise on the front end of my car. Mr. Sun drove the car five feet forward, then backed it up five feet, and told me the ball joints were bad and it would cost $400. I told him to do the work and fix my tire that had a slow leak. When I went to pick up the care I asked him how much. He told me $200. I told him you said it would be $400. He told me only one ball joint was bad. Anytime I take the care in, he immediately works on it.

A few days after getting my car fixed & picking it up, I received a letter & check in the mail from Sun that said the invoice was incorrect from the distributor & the compressor was $50 less then the price he charged me, so he mailed me a $50 check in return.
