that the floor was refinished just a couple of months ago. Big gaps between
floor boards in the middle of the rooms have been left unsealed and look
terrible. The gaps filled unevenly; some holes between floor boards can hold a coin.
New stair threads look not good either. The provider left dozens of big and small
sharp nails in stair raises, poles and threads. I called them several times
asking to remove the sharp nails. I assumed that was supposed to be the provider?s
job, to clean up and remove all the sharp nails.
Dust was everywhere. On the shelf of my closet, I found a circle sand paper and face
mask sinking in the sanding dust. I would never ever choose this provider who had the only review in April (graded ?F?),
which was apparently removed by now from Angiest List. I hired Premier Wood Flooring
(Scott Nguyen), paid deposit to the Premier, but without my consent, Scott Nguyen
sent his brother Tony (Signature Flooring) to do the job. Very disappointed. Stay
away from this provider!
Really disappointed in the service and in a contractor I had used before with much better results.
