Shawn was amazing to work with. We just bought our first home, and he worked with us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and helped us find an amazing home. Shawn worked with us at our pace, and when we needed help he was always there for us right away. He is an amazing person to have on your side while navigating anything to do with real estate.

Shawn was a great agent. My wife and I were first home buyers and Shawn made the whole experience easy for us. We both have pretty busy week days and had plans this summer that Shawn worked around for us, including showing us homes off hours, on the weekends and even during holidays. Whenever we had a request Shawn was able to be there for us and if he couldn't, which rarely happened, he would take care of us with another person in his team. He has been doing this for a long time so his experience and advice was very valuable, he knows the market and kept us informed of things we needed to know during the whole process. I contacted Shawn 3 years ago because he sold a condo in my building and I was hoping to get advice on selling mine. He was honest and let me know that the timing wasn’t right since I wouldn’t make any profit the market at the time. We kept in touch over the years and he let me know that this year was the year to sell and boy was he right!! He advised me from beginning to end. My condo was sold with a cash offer in 6 weeks without needing to do any updates! It went very well, Shawn is a great realtor, he knows the market inside out and happened to be our neighbor so when we decided to sell our apartment in Malden and buy a single family home it was an easy decision to have him represent us.
