They were extremely responsive. Office manager Robyn arranged to have Lauro come out & measure everything. Dominic came out on a Saturday morning to install the wrought iron rails that were made in just a few days. The work was excellent! Left everything clean & solid. We are very pleased with Santini Bros & would recommend them without hesitation.

They came by the same day I called them to give a quote. The price was great and they installed sooner than I was expecting.

This company did everything right.  Communication was always good, they have a receptionist so you always get somebody that answers the phone.  Estimate was arranged quickly, we agreed to a design and the railings were done after a couple of weeks.  They came out exactly how we planned them and look very high quality and well constructed.

The owner of the company came out to take measurements and show me styles of railings, then his crew came back several days later when the railings were ready and did a great job installing them -- very neat. Highly recommend.

Quick and well done

It was lovely to work with a family-owned business, and their customer service was superb from start to finish. Mr. Lauro Santini himself came out to meet with me to discuss the design, explain finish options, and take measurements. I requested a design that was not in their brochure, but after shown Mr. Santini what I wanted, he told me it was no problem. Although his quote was the highest I received, I went with them anyway, because he was able to justify the price based on the quality and finish. They communicated with me a few times during the process to let me know when the railings would be ready. It was apparent that they valued customers and cared about the quality of the materials and workmanship. Most importantly, the railings are exactly what I wanted.

An older gentlemen came out to do the estimate right away. Gave me a slightly cheaper estimate than another business and seemed so much more professional and prompt. Two other men came out to do the work as scheduled and did a great job. The only issue was the painting was done in the drizzle so they will be coming back out to repaint again in good weather. I was very happy with the service even tho I thought it was a little pricey. They certainly are very professional.

Estimate was provided quickly and work was done on time. The workman made some structural improvements that I didn't even ask for and there was no extra associated cost. Clearly he just wanted to do a good, thorough job. Price was also lower than other quotes and the ironwork is holding up well.

Company representative came to my house and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. The work was scheduled once a deposit was received, and the work was completed on the specified date.

Contacted them and they came out and gave me an estimate on the next day. We immediately agreed on a price and I gave them a 1/3 deposit. They ordered the wrought iron and within a two week period it was installed satisfactorily. The workers were very businesslike and they quickly completed the work. They were the fifth company that I contacted. I would definitely use them again and I recommended them to my neighbor who also used them.

They were very courteous and responsive, they did the job quickly. I was very happy with their friendliness and professionalism.

Santini Brothers came out and provided a reasonable estimate, measured 3X to create railings for both our front stairs as well as our basement stairs. Their work is artistic, functional, professional and meticulously executed. We plan to contact them again for future railing work on our second story. Can't say enough good things about them...they even cleaned up every scrap in the work area. Work was completed as promised before the Thanksgiving holiday! 11/22/11
