We have used them for a long time on different occasions to do the same couch. The company had changed owners and I was not happy with the most recent job at all. We had expensive fabric and he did a really poor job. It was embarrassing to spend that kind of money and get a bad product back. The quality changed when the owner did. It wasn't wrapped properly and they didn't do the hidden zippers like they have in the past and like we requested. The stitching was puckered as well.
