Rick and his crew were consistently a pleasure to work with through the entire experience. A project of this scale has inevitable issues, but we felt like we were in it together and Rick really took a problem solving approach rather than looking at every change as an opportunity to charge us more money (the dreaded change order). His subs were consistently very good and he worked fluidly with the architect. We continue to have a good relationship with Rick and he stands by his work - as a result, we have recommended him to multiple friends and neighbors. You could probably get lower prices from a different contractor, but our experience has really proven that you get what you pay for, both in terms of quality of the work and the nature of the interaction. On an earlier project we had gone with the low-cost bidder, but then felt like we spent the rest of the project fighting with the contractor as he clearly was trying to create a higher profit margin.

A friend of ours recommended them to us the first time, and since we liked their work we used them again. They are a little on the pricey side.

Excellent attention to customer needs. Excellent workmanship. They are always timely, they get the work done when they say they will. They respond in a timely manner to customer questions and concerns. They are very easy to work with.
