REM Cleaning

They are fantastic. They are excellent. They are reliable and affordable. They're good people. I'm very, very happy with their service.

They are exceptional.  Romulo and his crew work hard, the house always looks amazing after they come, and they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.  I could not recommend a better cleaning crew.  We have them come once a week and the house always feels like new once they leave.

We have been using REM Cleaning since we moved into our house 5 years ago, and the previous owners had been using them for 6 years before that. They are friendly, reliable and trustworthy, and they do a great job! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

REM has been cleaning our current home for 5 years and worked in our old condo for 3 or 4 years before that. They have always done great work and it's wonderful to come home after they've been here to see our house tidy and smelling clean. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. Indeed, my parents are impressed every time they come to visit, which is a tall order! We have a toddler who can turn a clean home messy in minutes, but REM are fantastic at handling even his messes.
Currently, they come every two weeks on Mondays--potentially a difficult day given the number of holidays that occur on Mondays, but they have always been great about communicating their schedule when things change. Before we had a child, REM only came once a month and were similarly good about letting us know when the next cleaning would take place as they scheduled around their other clients. When I need to change the date of service, they have always been very flexible. They also readily respond to extra requests, such as when we were selling our old condo and wanted a deep clean for real estate showings.
Because it's a family-owned business, we've really gotten to know the couple who take care of our place and it's so reassuring to know and trust the people coming into your home. REM were recommended from some colleagues at my office and before long they were working with a dozen of the people in our office! They truly are a company to recommend to friends, neighbors, and colleagues.

Rumulo and his entire staff cleaned my entire house, top to bottom. They performed a tremendous service, cleaned the inside of my oven and underneath the couch. No stone was left un-turned.

Romulo, his wife and staff are by far the best cleaners we have found, for both residential and commercial cleaning, and we have tried many different cleaners. They are friendly, professional, reliable and show up on time. They clean both our house and office as if it were their own. Past cleaners that I've had seem to rush the job, or use bad products etc, I have NEVER had an instance with REM where I felt they missed something or could have done a better job. I am always happy with the results, and if I ever ask them to do something extra, it's not a problem.
We have been using them now for over two years. We also own a Real Estate Sales Office, and have used them for several of our clients moving in or out of their homes. Also, If there is ever any issue, they are great communicators as well for rescheduling purposes.
I highly recommend these cleaners as they can handle any job, and you are also dealing with the owner of the company directly, which is something I really like.
