RAM PLUMBING & HEATING

Ram Plumbing worked with our contractors to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. There were a lot of plumbing issues since we have an older home. Ram addressed all issues and the quality of the work performed was excellent. However, they often arrived late or changed the date at the last minute. Since they were primarily working w/our contractors, the brunt of their tardiness fell on the contractors. I have used them since and they did arrive on time at the agreed upon date.

Overall it went very well. Both jobs, that is unclogging the drain and hooking up a new gas stove to a line which had not been used in many years went smoothly. The first job was done in half an hour to 45 minutes. The second job took roughly an hour. The estimated cost vs the actual cost for the second job was right on target. The unexpected problem on the gas line was that the hot water heater pilot had to be re-ignited due to the fact that the gas was turned off for the job. When I called to inquire about it, he would have come out to do it, but was able to walk me through the simple re-lighting steps for the water heater.

We have a new house, but wanted to make sure everything was clean and ready to go for the winter. Ram Plumbing and Heating responded quickly to our call and were pleasant and professional. They changed the filters and everything checked out just fine. They did the check at a reasonable cost and I would recommend this service to others in the area.

They showed up early and did a great job. I know we'll need a new heating system soon, but they were able to patch enough so it works now and then quoted the installation of a new system when we're ready for it.
