Did not warrantee his work. The faucet came off the sink within 3 months of completion. He refused to return to repair it. I would not work with him again.

Ronaldo is an excellent professional, and we are very happy to have had him remodel our bathroom and add a kitchenette to our basement. He was always thoughtful, prompt, and communicative with us, and cared very much about the quality of his work and also about getting our project done to our own standards. When we remodel our other bathrooms he s the person we plan to call.

Overall work was good. And we are happy with the space. But, finish work was average. They did fix one issue early on which I appreciated but there were some frustrations. I met with Ronaldo to discuss centering lights over mirror and faucet. This was important to me so we took the time to measure and discuss it. When I got home and found it not centered he said they couldn’t fix it because it was mounted on tile. The paint finish was also not high quality. The lines were messy. He was supposed to fill in the door jam since was uneven but he never did.

R Fioroti Construction repaired/remodeled a 5-1/2 foot wet bar in our kitchen involving plumbing, electrical work and base cabinetry. Our house is about 75 years old. We did not want to remodel the entire kitchen. The old fixtures had developed multiple plumbing problems and we had a new dishwasher that we wanted to install. We did not have a vision of an "ideal kitchen" but asked Ronaldo Fioroti to tastefully take care of the issues as he thought best. Ronaldo and two associates removed and disposed of the old equipment, opened the wall to repair iron drain plumbing problems, installed new stock base cabinets, sink, granite counter top, faucet and dishwasher, with all required electrical, water drainage and supply, all in one long day, at a reasonable price. To be honest he had said to allow two or three days if necessary. They brought all the tools and parts that they needed, the trucks seemed well stocked so that they could spend their time on the job instead of running out to buy what they were missing. In our case we found his choices of cabinets and stone top very tasteful, but if you are the custom cabinetry type and have a strict schedule in mind I would just tell him exactly what you want and see what he says. We definitely would ask them to help us again.

Ronaldo and his team from Luciane's General Services did an amazing job! They worked so hard and finished the job in just a day and a half, but that included the first day of 18 hours of work straight. The wood floor looks beautiful, and I really appreciated the attention to detail that Ronaldo made sure so that the job was done right. He obviously cares about the quality of his work a lot and would only give his clients the best job. Would definitely work with them again!

They came quickly, looked at the job and made the repair the same morning. The job was top notch and they even took pictures on the roof for me for my insurance claim. I needed to get the roof repaired before the approaching snow storm and they were very accommodating. I would use them again. Highly recommended.

They showed up on time, and completed the job in the time framed estimated. The rate seemed fair. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

They came quickly to give the quote and got the job done. My only complaint is they left a few water bottles on the roof that I haven't had the chance to get out there clean up and they left some plywood and empty bottles of caulk around the property.
