Storage
Lou (the manager) is excellent. He gave us a quote and recommended that we come in to see the facilities for ourselves. We were concerned about damage to our books. Lou discussed the climate controlled storage units and alleviated our concerns. The staff was very accommodating and showed us the storage facilities. We were quoted an 8X10 area but when we came to see the unit, there was stuff in the unit. So we were given a climate controlled unit at the same price. The location is convenient for Medford, Somerville, Cambridge and Arlington residents. Staff is friendly. The only thing to consider is that storage facilities are only open during office hours.
