Pat consulted on a design in our backyard as we were looking for a landscaper who could understand what we were after for ideas and also do the work. Pat worked out a design as we wanted where we could mirror the shape of our wavy yard beds with the patio design. We also noted how it was really impotent for us to not have pavers that looked too much like pavers as some look very fake. Pat had a couple ideas and set us up with a supplier where we could go see the products he suggested in person as well as some other options. This vendor was fantastic and had worked with Pat many times so also offered ideas. All in all the pre-work was very pleasant and appreciated. We had a tight date for party and Pat got closer and closer due to bad weather to the point he finally came with his crew on a very rainy weekend and got to work. Spending the whole day int eh rain we returned to see almost all the paver work done and the shape as we discussed actually not what we wanted. Pat came out early the next day after a phone call about it to assess our hopes and we collectively reshaped the pavers prior to final fitting. Pat never complained about the change of mind nor did he charge us more. He wanted us to be happy. The next day finished the project and when we returned home we were surprised to see that he had added in a lot of landscaping. This was a surprise to us as he had said he would clean it up nice and make it look natural to our current look but we had no idea how much he was going to do. And for a gardener who loves his plants I was thrilled to see he matched up plants already in my yard. Pat is simply a true pro. From taking out yards of dirt, to seeding the whole yard around the area even that which was not directly affected, and finally to the added plants he did it all at a very high level. We will only use Pat for our landscaping projects going forward based on this experience.

Pat and his team have our highest recommendation. The work progressed as scheduled and when minor difficulties arose they were quickly and properly addressed. Pat and his family are a pleasure to work with and are welcome at our home in the future.

Three truck showed up unannounced and starting cutting the willow without my permission.

Initial response for a quote was quick and made by the owner. The company followed up a few days later to get started on the project by cleaning out the beds. They informed us they would be back to mulch and finish the other work in a day or so. I let it go for about 10 days when I decided to give them a call. They informed me they would be out by the end of the week to finish the job. Another week and another phone call - this one with the same response - be there tomorrow or the next day. However, this time they actually came out to finish the job. They must have felt bad about how things have gone because they cut the grass as well. Overall, the beds and mulch look good but not great because they didn't weed the beds before putting the mulch down (it had been a few weeks since they initially cleaned the beds). I went with them because the owners live around the corner from us and we see their trucks in our area all the time. However, I don't think I will go with them again as I thought their price was a bit high for what we got. I haven't got the bill yet, but if they ask for a few hundred less than the estimate then I may consider using them again - maybe. Francisco's has done our yard in the past for around $500 and the quality was very good. They just don't call you back that often...

Then he asked questions about our life style and other things. He then suggested and laid out a plan that would fit our lifestyle. He has a way of coming up with what would be best for you through his questions. We were completely happy with the finished project. He suggested the contractors that we used and they all did wonderful jobs.

Great company, very professional, excellent work on the yard and trees. Quick and responsive; called me back same day. Will use them for other landscape work in the future.
