Naturals Cleaning

Rosana and her assistants do an excellent job cleaning, including things like our refrigerator and stove. We like the fact that they use fewer chemicals than other cleaners, too. They are very responsible.

They are great. There was a pretty long waiting list to get them to start. They are very efficient and easy to work with.

I'm very disappointed. After more than 12 years with another service, I switched to Naturals for this sole reason that I couldn't take the unpredictability of the first one: they would skip cleanings and call up afterwards to apologize and reschedule. Rosana assured me that I'd have no such problems with her, but she has actually been worse. When she comes, she does a passable job, but I work at home and rearrange my week's schedule to accommodate biweekly cleanings, so it's extremely frustrating to get everything in enough order to enable her to clean, then (usually) exile myself from the house, only to find upon returning that she hasn't showed up. (Last time, however, she showed up two hours early without warning, walking into the room where I was standing shirtless.) I'd also add that "Naturals" is a misleading name for a company that throws all the pre-sorted recycling and trash into the same big plastic garbage bag.

The level of cleaning was very high. Rosana Zanon (the owner) is very personable & she and her crew are definitely professional. Rosana showed up on time with 2 helpers and they cleaned for 3 hours. The house smelled and looked wonderful. We have a baby at home, so I was particularly glad that non toxic cleaning products were used.

Rosana is very nice. She came on time for the initial estimate. I was having furniture delivered and needed to get someone in quickly to make the place clean for the new stuff. Rosana was able to schedule something very quickly. I work all day so punctuality is not an issue for me. But she did arrive later than she initially said on the day of the cleaning. But this could also have had to do with the fact that I told her I didn't care what time of day she came. The house was immaculate when I came home and I will have this company perform bi-weekly cleanings now. You can also specify whether you want scented environmentally friendly products or unscented.

I really like the cleaner and trust her. She really likes my kids and gets along with them as well. She does a wonderful job, but she doesn't show up on time! She misses her visits and sometimes doesn't call ahead when she can't come. I have really mixed feelings about her. She was great for a few months when she came every other week, and she was always very reliable. When we switched to having her weekly, her reliability took a nosedive.

This company is fairly reliable; there have been a couple times when she needs to change the appointment time but she always calls and lets us know ahead of time. She uses environmentally safe cleaning products. We have been using her services for about six months and have been happy with the quality or work.

They're ok. The quality of the job is about a B+ and they tend to run about an hour to an hour and a half late many times. They're not very reliable but they do use all natural products and I do think that is great.

My apartment was so dirty I was ready to move out. I was stricken with inertia. I didn't want to have a stranger cleaning my home, and I didn't want to have household cleaning chemicals in the air. I joined Angie's List, and searched for environmentally friendly house cleaners. This is how I found Naturals Cleaning. That took care of problem two. Problem one, that of having strangers here, was solved as soon as I met Rosana. She is like family and her crew of one or two are lovely. They have cleaned my apartment four times now, and each time, I feel like I have a new apartment(I somehow seem to trash it over a period of a few weeks after a cleaning). The first time they came to my place, I had a deep cleaning done. Every surface was cleaned, and the dust, which was probably about ten years old, was gone. Their ability to take my accumulated clutter and organize it is quite breathtaking. After the initial deep cleaning, a maintenance cleaning on my small apartment is quite sufficient. The price is quite reasonable, three people take just over an hour to clean the space, and the cost is $60. I expect to have Rosana clean my apartment once a week, it's a great investment in a sane living space. I totally, without hesitation, recommend Rosana and her crew for reliable, friendly, efficient, and environmentally friendly cleaning.

Rosana is very communicative over email (phone is a little harder because of language) and she brings two other cleaners with her for each visit. They do a very thorough job each time and are willing to use natural products at our request. The price is very reasonable for the number of persons and hours they put into the job to do it right.

They are they great. It usually takes around two to three hours to clean our house total and it's about 2500 sq. ft. of space that they clean. We trust them and feel comfortable with them in our house. We have a lot of nice things in the house and have had no problems with the workers concerning any of them. I would recommend them to others. They are timely, they communicate on when they will be coming and stick to what they say. They tell us if they are going to be late. They are also pleasant and good to deal with.

We have no complaints about them at all. The house is spotless when we get home and everything is in its place. Their pricing is pretty fair and we have had no problems so we don't mind paying their prices.

I didn't feel like the deep cleaning was worth it. They don't always come right on the time they say they will but they did come every day they said they would. They do a great job and made the house look great. They also use a no-toxic cleaner. I really liked what they did. They send out about 2-3 people at a time and can clean our house in an hour. We have recommended them.

Everything went really well. I initially called Rosana and left a message. She promptly returned my call and came out to see the house. We decided to hire her and set up our initial deep clean which she said would take about 6 hours. She arrived promptly when she said she would and cleaned the house for 6 1/2 hours. We have a baby and and a small dog and she was great with both of them. The house looks beautiful. The job was very thorough. I look forward to continuing to work with Rosana. I had been concerned about hiring anyone before her because I worried about harsh chemicals being used. She used all Mrs. Meyers cleaning products and the house smelled great!

We hired Naturals Cleaning to clean the house (4 bedroom, 3 bath), and the initial deep clean was amazing. So nice to not have dust buffalo roaming the house. Each time after that, the cleaning was very thorough and the service was impeccable.

Rosana was quick to get back to me to set up a time for an estimate and scheduled the full-day deep clean in a couple of weeks. Her and her team of 3 others cleaned dirt from places we didn't know we had dirt, including inside the stove, fridge, closets and cabinets. They are going to come out every 2 weeks to do our house for $100 for each visit. I had held off on hiring someone for this service for a long time, and boy am I glad we finally did. They don't use any harsh chemicals and took great care not to let our cats out (they even got out all of the pet hair)! I'd recommend to anyone.

We initially contacted (and subsequently corresponded) by e-mail. Rosana was responsive and quickly arranged to come for an estimate. We agreed upon a weekend day for the initial deep clean service, as she stated it would be an all-day undertaking. She arrived at 9 AM and spent 9 hours cleaning our home with her two assistants. Between significant accumulation of dust and our cat hair throughout the house, the job posed many challenges. She and her staff displayed an excellent professional attitude, were extremely pleasant, and very hardworking. We sensed pride in their work and the end results reflected it. We are very pleased and look forward to hiring her for maintenance cleanings in the future.

So thorough! I bit the bullet and finally hired a cleaner because I have gone back to work and am no longer able to keep up with the house as I would like and I'd like some free time! Naturals Cleaning cleaned the house WAY better than I ever would have, even if I had the time. They were punctual (pulled up 15 minutes early), professional, polite, & so hard working. I have lots of allergies so the products they use were a big concern to me. None of the products caused allergy problems. She did point out that she could have gotten our shower perfectly white with harsher products and let me know she COULD use something more heavy duty next time if I wanted, but I won't. It looks great. They were very careful with my belongings and didn't damage anything at all. They're friendly and great at their jobs. I'm glad I got on their calendar already because I bet she's going to be booked very soon! They just cleaned my house on Saturday and I've already recommended them to anyone that will listen. Great job, ladies!

A little expensive but they do a good job and are very reliable.

I contacted Rosana by email, and the next morning had a return email from her, scheduling a time for her to come and see the condo and give us an estimate. After a brief snafu with her getting lost on the way to my house, she arrived promptly and spent a few minutes looking at the house and estimated the prices above. She and her partner then returned the next Saturday for an all-day deep clean, arriving at 9 AM and leaving around 5. They did a thorough, beautiful, wonderful job, were kind and patient with my toddler when he wandered through, and kindly didn't use the vacuum cleaner during his nap. They then returned 2 weeks later for the maintenance clean and it sparkles again! I am totally satisfied with Rosana and her team. They do a thorough and efficient job and I'm glad that they're not using traditional cleaning products.

Rosana does a very thorough job. I have a yellow Lab and they get her hair out of every crack and crevice in the house. The entire house looks brand new when they are done. I would highly recommend them.

Rosana responded quickly, and was able to fit the work in on short (1 week) notice, which I appreciated, as I needed the apartment cleaned within a few days of Christmas. She stuck to her estimate (which she'd based only on my description of the size and condition of the apartment) and called me from the apartment to ask a few questions (I was out of town). Though I didn't get to meet her in person, she seems delightful, and helped me out on short notice, and did what she said she would for the price we agreed on. When she said, "Relax, I'll take care of it", I believed her completely. I also very much appreciate the use of natural cleaners. That was very important to me. I hope to hire her again.

I found Rosana on Angie's list and she was responsive to my request for a quote. She arrived right on time and was organized with a calendar in her hand for when she could get started. I have two cats and a couple of area rugs that I like to clean with a hair remover tool and Rosana was open to using this tool that is not in her standard repertoire. She and her assistant arrived on time for the deep clean and I was delighted with the results. They spent some 8+ hours in my condo and every surface reflected light when they were gone. She has come for one maintenance clean so far and once again I was very happy with the results. I look forward to working with Rosana.

Rosana is the best. We've used several cleaning companies over the years and we think Rosana is the most professional, has the best quality, and best value. We bought an older home (circa 1884). Our plan is to make some significant updates to the home over the next several years while we live there. The constant small scale remodeling creates more dust than the average home has, and Rosana handles it all really well. She is very flexible when larger scale remodeling projects force us to skip one cycle of maintenance cleaning then do an additional deep cleaning. Another great thing about Rosana is that she uses only natural cleaning products (often Mrs. Meyers or other essential oil based cleaners). These cleaners are not harsh and chemical, but leave your house sparkling clean and smelling fantastic (which is so much better for the environment). Rosana seems to take real pride in her work, and her skill and attention to detail are amazing. I look forward to her every visit.
