Naso Plumbing & Heating

Picture a Friday afternoon, in July, peak vacation time and your hot water heater goes. That's what happened to me. I frantically called multiple plumbers trying to get some help. Everyone was too busy, or didn't return phone calls (or returned them too late). Finally, Naso Plumbing answered my pleas for help. Paul (the owner) told me that he would be there later to hold tight. When he got to my home, he had the shock of seeing a botched install job (my husband had a "friend" who could do it for cheap). After a few head shakes, Paul got to  work. It was bad enough he had a late install job, but first he had to undo the awful plumbing job by my husband's friend.  He was very professional (I asked if he minded if I stayed and watched, he didn't. I asked lots of questions and he very patiently walked me through everything). A couple of hours later, he was done, everything was perfect and cleaned up. Paul should wear a cape because on that day, he was my super hero!  I would highly recommend Naso Plumbing to anyone.
