Na has always been happy to do whatever needs to be done. Her weekly cleaning consists of vacuuming carpets, washing the bare floors, dusting, scrubbing bath and shower and changing sheets on my bed. When I am away for more than a week, I will ask Na to do other things such as polish silver, clean the refrigerator and oven, or wash some windows. One day I was home while she was there and when she saw that I was trying to carry a large rug she insisted on helping to get it down many steps and into my car. It was quite a feat but she did not hesitate to help me.
Na also tries to be as flexible as possible. I have occasionally needed to change the cleaning day at the last minute and she has always found a way to accommodate me even though I know it is difficult because she works alone and doesn't have anyone else to fill in for her.
Lastly, Na is one of the sweetest people you will meet. If you are around while she is cleaning she will lift your spirits! I highly recommend her.
