Gerry was always prompt and professional in all of his communications, and he and his team did an amazing job staining our fence and repairing/painting the exterior of our house. It looks incredible and they were clean & efficient in their clean up each day, as well. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely call Gerry any time we need any paint work done!

Needing a tired apartment brought up to presentable shape, Gerry & his crew not only made it presentable but made it shine like new ! They also addressed a few additional pieces of carpentry in their stride. Overall Gerry & crew were everything wished for : professional, skilled, punctual, friendly and reasonable.

What a delight – working with proud contractors who are partners in improving my home, while also being warm and sincere and incredibly good at what they do. The experience and final product are both 5 stars. Quality of work and materials; timeliness • The walls and woodwork look great, and lightyears improved – Their recommended finishes and application of multiple coats (most rooms are white over a prior darker color) make the day. • They finished in less time than anticipated and were a ‘symphony of productivity’ among the 3 crew members. Either/both father and son were here every day, all day (8 am- 4:30 pm). They were lovely and amazingly quiet ‘office mates’ as I worked from home for the duration. • They cleaned up every night, and the house was spotless upon their departure. Professionalism and Communication • From the first visit to prepare a bid through the final farewell, this team was thoughtful, considerate, proud professionals, and very easy to work with. Gerry spent time with me stepping through the house to prepare the bid- he had many good questions and suggestions. During the project, I was able to raise the very few small questions/requests each morning and they were met with good suggestions and action to resolution. Every evening they reviewed their progress with me and what was outstanding/the plan for the next day. I was quite pleased that when they opened the can of my bathroom blue to find a shade of purple, they immediately stopped and checked with me. Within 45 minutes they were back from their vendor with the correct color – an error by the shop.

They did a great job. They were professional and efficient. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend them.

Mulligan Painting was top notch. Their price was competitive and their work ethic and finished product was excellent. Gerry gave us a date in the spring and that's when they began. The crew worked long days to get the job done in the time he predicted. They also repaired items needed after consulting with us. We highly recommend them and will use Mulligan Painting and Contracting in the future for other jobs!

If I could give them an A+++ (above) I would do it without hesitation. Can't say enough about the professionalism and the above-and-beyond attitude of these guys. When more rot was discovered than originally expected, they stuck to the original estimate. They left the garage cleaner than they found it, made friends with our dogs, and when they learned I was recovering from surgery, they even carried in the groceries.

Gerry/Kyle and their crew were excellent! I can't say enough - 1) Gerry was responsive to phone calls and texts throughout the work (which as we all know, doesn't always happen), 2) Gerry showed up on time to look at the house / proposal, 3) they protected everything with drop cloths & cleaned up, 4) extremely efficient and non-stop worth ethic all around, 5) attention to detail and wanted things to look perfectly, and 6) overall, very professional. Fantastic experience with Gerry/Kyle and would certainly hire them again @ a drop of a hat!

I contacted Mulligan Painting based off reviews here and local word of mouth. They returned the call within a few hours. Came out for a quote at the time I was available and from that moment on I knew I made the right choice. Gerry (the owner) was polite, knowledgeable and very patient. I had lots of questions and concerns because of the age of the shingles and the previous materials used. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. The job started within a week or so once I decided on a color ( thanks to some great suggestions by Gerry). His team arrived on time and I honestly can’t say enough about ALL of them. The precautions they took draping my landscape, fences and anything that might be in their way was impressive. They were all beyond polite and helpful and got right to work. I didn’t once see a worker sitting, Texting/talking on their phones or taking advantage of the many seating areas we have in our yard. They worked hard -through some very hot days- and they take their job very serious. Kyle was the contact guy on the job and he is meticulous! Simple things like matching up the correct size to shingles that needed to be replaced to replacing slats on eve windows that I didn’t even know were a thing. They even cleaned and checked the gutters-something I would’ve had to hire another company to do had they not taken care of it-without even asking!!! Once they were done with the house they were able to restain the deck for us. Any loose paint was cleared away without a trace and done so methodically that I was able to walk out on the deck as soon as the van was packed up. I honestly can’t find a single negative thing to comment about. Clean, Polite, Affordable and just all around great bunch of workers. Feeling safe with and being able to trust unknown contractors in and around your home, and no surprise/hidden costs is something I put the highest value on. Gerry, Kyle and his team exceeded my expectations. My house looks beautiful! Highly recommend this company

My wife and I contracted Mulligan Painting and Contracting and we couldn't be more pleased. From initial contact through completion they were extremely professional, responsive and dedicated. We desired to have the painting completed in time for our sons graduation party and they made sure it was done with ample time! Gerry and his son Kyle are very detail oriented and the result was a terrific job. When the crew was on site they very courteous, friendly and exceptionally quiet! Kyle made sure that at the end of each work day they put things away and made things as neat as possible and frequently checked in to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the job in process. They handled some additional requests we made with ease. As I stated we couldn't be happier with the process and result and highly recommend them!!!!

Jerry, his son and the rest of the team worked extremely hard during their time at our house. They were very accommodating to our requests and had some great suggestions on color placement. Although we wish they had done more prep in some areas of trim (mainly more scraping), the finished product looks amazing. The entire team was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

OMG, Gerry was attentive to details. Scheduled time, showed as he said he would. He works on site with his son Kyle, along with a large crew. Gerry does one job at a time, and completed early. The grounds were always kept orderly, when the day was over. Gerry, is a fine gentleman, and this reflection shows within his crew. I had all positive feed back from all 6 unit owners! I love working with Mulligan Painting and Contracting! They just completed the fifth painting job for me and I am so pleased. Gerry, Kyle and the crew are always prompt, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. The most recent project was a two bedroom rental unit, and they understood from the start that the timeline was tight. Not only were they able to deliver, but the job was finished a little ahead of schedule. They even took the time to wax my hardwood floors when the paining was complete. Attention to little details like this set them apart in my book. If you have ever worked with contractors before, you know that when you find one who shows up when he says he will and gives you a reasonable estimate that doesn’t magically start growing with mysterious charges, you’ve found gold! I will definitely be using them again.
