Edna is fabulous. She loves to clean, and it shows. Her sister often works with her. She also cleans for two of my friends, who also love her. She's cleaned all of our houses when we haven't been home, and there have never been any issues of trustworthiness. She requests that her clients provide paper towels and certain types of cleansers. But she's flexible, using her own when I forgot, and the next time using a cleanser I preferred. She's also very pleasant to deal with. She's not a native English speaker, but that hasn't presented a problem. One friend mentioned that Edna prefers verbal instructions to long written ones, but she's followed my written instructions fine.
