I saw their truck/sign at a neighbors. I spoke with a woman who took the message, kindly suggesting it would be ok to go to the job site and speak with them. I was not able to do that, however, she said Jim would call and he did but I was not home. Before I got to follow up, other plans evolved so I called and left a message saying we had made other arrangements.

A WEEK WENT BY WITH NO CALL BACK. I CALLED AGAIN, THIS TIME I RECEIVED A CALL BACK. THEY CAME TO LOOK AT THE HOUSE, I SPOKE TO THEM ABOUT WHAT I NEEDED DONE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITH AN ESTIMATE. TWO WEEKS WENT BY, NO CALL BACK, NO ESTIMATE. I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS MORE ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS.

MAUNSELL & SONS REPAIRED THE SIDING. SEPARATELY, THEY REPAINTED TWO WINDOW TRIMS, PUT FLASHING AROUND A LEAKY PIPE ON MY ROOF AND THEN WASHED THE ENTIRE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME. THEY WILL BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY.

DELAYED PHONE RESPONSE TO US. DID COME OUT WHEN HE SAID TO LOOK AT THE ROOF. NEVER GOT BACK TO US WITH A ROOFING ESTIMATE
