The representative did a thorough job of checking the roof. I had ice dam problems last winter requiring multiple repairs so needed to know what the cause of the problem was. They found the problem - not the roof but a gap between the gutter and siding. Explained it well. Unfortunately I could not then afford the suggested fix ($2K) but when I can, I will certainly consider their services.

A nice guy came and did what I had asked of him. During the process we had a discussion regarding the possibility of a new roof and I was expecting to hear back with the price and I've never heard. I was happy with the work that they came and did. The way the promotion was worded and what they did, I think they did well. I liked the person that came to the door.

Great company to work with. Arthur stayed in communication, and they showed up on time as promised. They did an inspection and repaired a leaking vent boot that had caused some damage inside. It  is not easy to get someone to make a small roof repair and I had other contractors turn the job down. As part of this deal it was not problem at all.
They also tightened up some flashing and added some silicone sealant in a couple spots.  They gave me a status of the roof, what to watch for going forward. 

We are very happy with the service and would use them again.

Very prompt and professional. Came when they said they would. Very polite and responsive. I had bought a $99.00 package for roof maintenance. When they identified the issue, they applied this fee towards the total of taking down the old chimney and rebuilding a new one. Both Arthur and Elias were very responsive.

Trusting a company to do good work on my home has been hard for other projects that I've done. Thankfully I gave Elias a shot and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of work that we received. Very easy to work with throughout the whole project - the end results were exactly what we wanted. The workers were polite - communication was excellent - the roof looks good - the job site was left clean as if they were never there - great experience with K&M

We called K&M for a quote on our recently purchased 2 family home to replace the old roof. They were able to quickly quote the project and started work within a week. The crew was very courteous and Elias was great to communicate with whenever something come up. The entire project was quick and they cleaned up well when they left. My husband and I both found it very easy working with K&M and if we ever need roofing services again we know that they will be the first people we call.

I got Elias' number for a family friend and we are thrilled with the work that he did for us last Summer. He was very responsive from our first time contacting him and the price was very competitive. Throughout the work we were very happy with how clean the crew was and how they worked around protecting all of our landscaping. They worked on schedule everyday and finished before the deadline. Overall Elias was amazing to work with, we were so glad that he got recommended to us. I would recommend him over and over again to anyone who is looking for a fair price and excellent work on a new roof or repairs!
