At $30 Paul is a bargain. He's a bit on the slow side but with most of the competition changing $60 an hour, Paul is a great deal. He charged us actual cost for materials (gave us all of the receipts including refunds for excess materials). Not always right on time, but responsive over the phone and understands which things are critical or not

THE WORK WAS DONE, AND PAUL WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. PAUL STATED HE CHARGED BY THE HOUR, AND DOES NOT GIVE ESTIMATES. PAUL DID NOT GIVE AN ACCOUNTING OF HIS TIME, AND I FELT I WAS OVER CHARGED. PAUL ONLY DISCUSSED THE WORK, SUCH AS "I HAD TO GO TO YOUR HOUSE TWICE TO PAINT THE BASEMENT WINDOWS", NOT HOW LONG IT TOOK HIM. THE RUST CAME THROUGH THE FIRST PAINT JOB, AND HAD TO BE REPAINTED WHICH HE SAID WAS HIS FAULT, SO I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HIS EXPLANATION FOR THE AMOUNT HE CHARGED.

"Paul never said the extra work was his fault. The original hand scraping of the rust wasnt enough and Paul had to go and buy rust remover. The woman was never home and Paul wasnt able to explain to her how much time was involved, and that the work was very hard since he was working under a porch. She was never there to actually see the outside window work. Paul gave her an hourly accounting, but she didnt remember. It was Paul's impression that she was trying to get out of paying fairly."

HE WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD DO SOME CARPENTRY FOR US AND HE SAID HE WASN'T QUALIFIED. I LIKED HIS HONESTY ABOUT THAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. HE IS GOING TO BE UNAVAILABLE FROM CHRISTMAS UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF APRIL.

PAUL IS A FIND! NOT ONLY DID HE FIX DOORBELL, BUT FIXED THE STICKING FRONT DOOR, TOO. HUNG A BATHROOM MIRROR AND CLEANED IT! HE WORKED INDEPENDENTLY, NEATLY AND FAIRLY. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I HAVE A NEW LIST OF TASKS.

I FOUND THIS PROVIDER TO BE VERY SLOW AND LIMITED IN THE TYPE OF JOBS HE COULD ACTUALLY PERFORM. I USED HIM TWICE AND BOTH TIMES HE WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE REQUESTED JOBS. IN SPITE OF THIS HE BILLED ME FOR THE FULL HOURLY TIME THAT WAS SPENT.

THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD HAD THE WORK BEEN PROPERLY DONE. HE TOOK RAILING HOME TO REPAIR IT AND HAS NOT YET RETURNED IT. MY BATHROOM FLOORS ARE NOT CLEAN AND HE DID NOT CLEAN THEM WITH A MACHINE. THE METHOD OF CLEANING WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM HAD THE RESULTS BEEN GOOD. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

HIRED TO CLEAN KITCHEN AND BATH FLOORS. THE YOUNG MAN DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB AND MEMBER GAVE HIM $135. HE WASNT KNOWLDEGEABLE IN FLOOR CLEANING AND WASTED A LOT OF TIME. VERY OVERWHELMED AND NOT PREPARED. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, BUT MEMBER DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT SHE HAD TO FEED THE WORKER LUNCH.

"THIS VERY FUSSY AND PICKY CUSTOMER COULDN''T BE PLEASED. THERE WAS A PERMANENT STAIN ON THE TILE FLOOR THAT COULDN''T BE REMOVED. I REPLACED A LOT OF LOOSE BRICKS ON HER WALK, VERY DIFFICULT. SHE ASKED ME IF I WANTED SOME LUNCH. I NEVER ASK FOR LUNCH."

THEY ARE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ORIENTED. THIS WAS A DIFFICULT JOB AND THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD EVER DONE THIS TYPE OF WORK. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR ADDITIONAL HANDYMAN NEEDS.
