I was very favourably impressed with their knowledgeable service, clear explanations, and quick turnaround time. I run both Ubuntu Linux and Windows operating systems on my computers, and they were well versed in both and able to diagnose and correct the problem. They were also able to supply a wireless adapter for my older desktop that also runs Linux, and it works beautifully. I look forward to being able to turn to them for any future service needs for my computers. Like a trusted auto mechanic, these folks are a real gem!
