These guys are great. After getting into an accident with an old 2001 Sable, I asked my usual mechanic (sadly, no longer in business) who he recommends I go to and H&V is where he sent me. They dealt with my insurance directly to get towing and storage fees sorted out and walked me through the entire process of dealing with the appraiser (even giving me tips on how to deal with cases where they quote too low of a value for the car). In the end the car was totaled and they didn't do any work on it, but I would definitely use these guys again.
