Hogan and Van Auto Body

Excellent. Their quality of work is excellent. Their responsiveness is excellent. Just over all, helpfulness is excellent. I just really love them.

I took my car to Hogan and Van because they were on my insurance company's preferred list, and they were close to my home. Since my insurance covered everything (minus the deductible), I can't comment on pricing; I don't know what it costs to perform body repair.
When I went in initially, one of the employees was very nice and helpful, and immediately went out to inspect my vehicle to assess the damage. He indicated what would need to happen in terms of the physical repair, and when I asked about painting a 9 year old car, he explained the process of blending to ensure that the final look was flawless. I asked some questions about it, out of interest, and he responded enthusiastically, which put some confidence in my expectations.
We then went inside and he told me everything I needed to do, what they needed, and the approximate time frame. Since I had all the insurance information, I was able to leave the car there for them to schedule it into their repair rotation.
At some point, they contacted me to let me know that the initial estimate was a little low, due to some additional repair requirements, and that they would contact the insurance company and take care of everything. When the car was finished (about 2 weeks), they called me up and I came in to pick it up. Jokingly, I said, and quot;you fixed the outside, but I should have paid you to clean up the inside, too!and quot; and the guy replied that they do that with all their repairs. My car never looked so good on both the outside and inside.

I brought my car into Hogan and Van as they were identified as a preferred shop by my insurance carrier and very close to my home.
My intiial impression was very positive - professional, polite and knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the results.
Since my first visit I have brought my car back in for a new repair and also had my wife's car taken there when she was involved in a minor accident. Each time, George and his team did exceptional work. I highly recommed Hogan and Van.

Easy to work with. Very professional. Very clear about what to expect. There were a number of things they wouldn't know until the work began. They made that clear at the beginning and when the did find additional work that needed to be repaired, they were clear to explain it before any costs were incurred. They also interfaced directly with the insurance company to support the adjustments that were needed. The work was covered by insurance, so my out of pocket costs were $0. That said, I think their pricing is a little high. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hogan and Van are fabulous. The quality of their work is unsurpassed. I thought they showed me a lot of respect and didn't look down at me because I'm a woman. They were very customer oriented and explained everything that needed to be done. Their customer service people are fantastic and walk you through the whole process.
