Great experience. First had Greene Installation out to replace two custom basement windows. Got an estimate quickly, very professional and the price seemed fair. Went ahead with ordering the windows which arrived in the estimated time frame. Very quick to set up install date. The installation was very thorough- completely ripped out the old windows and casings, installed the new ones, sealed everything, and cleaned up after. Seeing this went so well had them back out for an estimate on an exterior door. Almost identical experience. Great communication, willing to answer any questions. Good estimate, door arrived ahead of schedule, was installed a few days later. Complete tear-out of old door and threshold, reinstalled new fiberglass door, casing, threshold, and sealed everything. Both door and windows look great and work very well. I feel we paid a very reasonable amount and got a very quality installation.
