The floors look absolutely great. We always get compliments on it. They were a little messy with the stain around the stairwell of our house, but when they came back the second time they were really good. I think they learned the second time and are getting better.

They were punctual. The floors were in horrible shape and they were in excellent shape when they were done. There were a few minor things that only us as the owners will notice them. They left a few knife marks where they took up the carpet and left some nail holes on the stairs unfilled. That was why I gave them a B on quality but then again, those are things only an owner would notice.

I think they did a really good job. I was very happy with the service. It was a good experience and the workers were very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the final project and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job. There were discolorations from rugs lying on the floor for many years & they actually were able to remove the discolorations. They also stained certain areas of our staircase to better match existing wood & trim, & this came out very nicely too. Highly recommend!

I contacted James to bid on a refinishing job in Cambridge in a six room condo. James' bid was very fair and reasonable. It came in on the low middle end of the range, and it was worth every penny. He and his crew came in when scheduled and did the job in one day. They worked through some very tight corners and awkward spaces. The job came out perfectly. The clean up was impeccable. You would not have known they were here other than the fact that we had gleaming hardwood floors that looked like new. I really can't say enough about James and his work. He is honest, a real professional, and building a great reputation for himself and his company.
