ELIMINATOR PEST CONTROL

Eliminator was excellent. He was prompt in responding by phone. He took care of the job quickly with no problems. He set traps and got rid of the squirrels. This was the 2nd time we have used Eliminator.

We were pleased with this company, I would say. I mean we have had mice and rat problems here before. This company is newer than a lot of pest control places in this area I guess I would say, but they do a good job. I think they are kind of still building a reputation for themselves, but they are able to do rodents and bugs and things like that as opposed to doing just termites. We had no problems with them.

Joe did an excellent job, and he didn't mind walking around in our rather dank basement. He was extremely pleasant. He arrived promptly and spent a good deal of time in the units. Plus, he had a lot of good information on general home repair and maintenance. I've recommended him to my neighbor.

HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND WHEN HE GOT THERE HE QUOTED A HIGHER PRICE - WHEN I REMINDED HIM OF THE PHONE QUOTE, HE HONORED THAT ONE INSTEAD.

CAME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE AND HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS QUITE PROMPT AND GAVE US LOTS OF IDEAS ON WHAT WE SHOULD HAVE DONE. HE CAME OUT, WALKED AROUND, FOUND BEETLES, AND WAS VERY CASUAL AND NOT OVERLY ALARMIST. SHOWED CONCERN FOR CHILDREN BEING AROUND THE HOUSE AND RELATED ISSUES. ALSO, AFTER WE TALKED ON THE PHONE, HE CHANGED HIS DIAGNOSIS OF WHAT HE THOUGHT SHOULD BE DONE AND IT WAS ACTUALLY CHEAPER THAN HIS PREVIOUS QUOTE.
