He kept pressuring me to seal the floors and the walls with a seal coat, I explained that I did not want to, I was thinking of selling the house and buying a condo. He kept urging me to do it, said he would call the insurance company with me on speaker phone and file a claim - which he never did.
Unfortunately, I wrote them a check for the 2,500 against my better judgment. Then he kept telling me that I needed to have this done. He then told me I needed to fix my "mice problem" first. He told me he couldn't give me a quote until he checked it out. He kept pressuring me to do it, I broke down in tears, but even though I was crying he kept telling me it needed to be done. He ripped up my floors and cabinets. He told me this would be at least $500. I got very upset again. He told me he would cover the cost. He left bags of sewage in my basement. He convinced me to rip up benches that I didn?t want destroyed. I was told by a worker that took my check if I didn?t want the sealing he would tear up my check. I decided I did NOT want to do the sealing right away. I tried to call that same evening to tell them I did NOT want to do the sealing... At 8am, I got a call from my bank that they had already cashed my check.
This company left bags of sewage in my basement. A plumber had to come and remove it. Jim tried to convince me to do things I didn?t want to do. They ripped up my cabinets and they are still all over the place.
He called me back a couple times; they have accused me of slander. They have told Mass Sewer - who sub contracted them that they would pay me back.
