 + -1 moreHe came in and he was drunk. He attacked the electrician with a pipe wrench when he was working. He never got a permit from the city to finish the work. We had to open up all the walls again and have a plumbing inspector come in and do the work over.
Description of Work: He installed all new plumbing in my house.
