They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. 

I called them, checked rates, and went ahead with them. It seemed like a small job so I didn't bother having them come out for an estimate. They came out and did the work with no fuss. The bill seemed quite high, considering. I called and asked and they add a 21% profit and overhead to all parts and labor. They retracted that for labor since I protested that they hadn't told me, which I appreciated. In the end, I would not use them again since their hourly is already high even without this mark-up.

To be perfectly honest with you, I have only used this company twice. What I can tell you is that they did not overcharge me and I have no complaints with them at this current point in time. I mean they came on time, they did what they needed to do, they didnt make a big fuss about anything, so I was pretty satisfied. I would use them again.

They are always there, very responsive, respond promptly and even came out on a holiday evening. In that past, I purchased a new flu liner for our chimney. They spent at least 6 hours trying to get it to work. When they couldnt get it to work, they cleared everything out and didnt charge me a thing. He gave me suggestions on other things that may work, not benefiting himself at all. I think he is great!

Joe and his crew have been utterly reliable, arrive promptly, very professional. Give good advice about where to spend and where to save on jobs. Have arrived on an hours notice on a Sunday evening when we were having guests arriving shortly for a dinner party and we had a serious sewage emergency in the basement-- solved our problem before the guests arrived.

He came out and vacuumed out the system but did not find the source, yet charged the full amount for the visit. He said I would have to find it myself.

HELPED WITH PLANNING, THOUGH I ORIGINALLY PLANNED TO HAVE THE SHOWER ON AN OUTSIDE WALL, WHICH WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN THE WATER PIPE FREEZING IN THE WINTER, AND THEY DIDNT CATCH THAT. WHEN THEY CAME IN TO DO THE WORK, THEY CAUGHT THE PROBLEM WITH THE WATER PIPE. GREAT, BUT NOW I HAD TO REWORK SOME THINGS. WHEN THEY CAME IN AGAIN TO DO THE WORK, THEY WERE FAST AND THE WORK WAS GOOD. ONLY ONE PROBLEM: THE SHOWER STALL FLOOR WASNT INSTALLED LEVEL, SO WATER REMAINS POOLED ON THE BOTTOM AND DOESNT FULLY DRAIN. ALL OTHER WORK WAS OF HIGH QUALITY. THE TIE-IN TO THE VENT PIPE WAS DONE BETTER THAN EXPECTED, IN A WAY THAT MADE IT TAKE LESS SPACE - A HUGE BONUS. WAS UPFRONT WITH ME ABOUT SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, THIS WAS A LOWER-PRIORITY JOB FOR THEM. NO COMPLAINT HERE. THEY WERE IN ON THE DAYS THEY SAID THEYD BE IN.

THIS WAS FOR A RENTAL UNIT, SO I WASNT THERE WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE. THE PLUMBER CALLED, AND SAID HE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FAUCET. THE NEW FAUCET WORKS FINE. MY PROBLEM WAS THE INVOICE. 3.5 HOURS OF LABOR, PLUS $135 FOR THE DELTA FAUCET, BROUGHT THE TOTAL TO $433, ABOUT DOUBLE WHAT SEEMED REASONABLE. YOURE CHARGED FOR TRAVEL TIME TO YOUR SITE, PLUS MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR, PLUS THE TIME TO GO BUY PARTS. I WAS TOLD IT TYPICALLY TAKES 2 HOURS TO REPLACE A FAUCET, BUT 3.5 HOURS WAS WITHIN THE NORMAL RANGE.

VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. POINTED OUT A FEW PROBLEMS THAT I HAD NOT EXPECTED AND CORRECTED THEM BEFORE THE NEW STOVE ARRIVED. LABOR RATES WERE REASONABLE; PARTS WERE HIGH.

EXCELLENT WORK, BUT DID WORK SLOW AND HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH FOLLOW-UP AFTERWARD, BUT THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
