I am a Medford based Finish Carpenter. I have 32 years in the trade. I work primarily by myself and if the job requires, I have reliable associates to assist me. I only work one project at a time making you the priority. I'm clean cut, neat, and punctual. I respect the people I work for and I respect their homes.I have had my Builders License for 25 years and am in the process of renewing. MA Supervisors License 042155. It did not go so well. He was condescending and he had a terrible attitude. He charged us for Cambridge quality work and then offered not that quality of work. I sent him a list of things that he did not finish. I also sent him pictures. He said that they were not his jobs but they were the painter’s job. He poked holes in the wall to find studs and he told us that it was the painter’s job. A couple of different times I told him how I wanted him to finish something including the window frame, he responded with "that's stupid." I am paying $300 for contractor’s punch list just to get him off my back.

It went very well. David came when he said he was going to come. He uses email. His estimates were on the money, or in one case, a little high. In the latter case, he charged us less than the estimate.
