Plumbing
They were called when we discovered a large leak in a steam convector. They were able to come that same day. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem and replaced the steam valve in under 10 minutes, but charge a lot of money for the visit AND for the new steam valve. When we had the same problem happen again we learned we'd been charged about 3 times as much as other plumbers charge. While they were prompt and fixed the problem, we paid far too much for what they did.
