 + 1 moreEveryone was very pleased with the work they did. They gave the best estimate that we received. They stuck to their price despite some complications and difficult scaffolding work. They were very timely; providing a time line and sticking to it even with the complications. They were very polite and courteous while they were here which was important as the common area for the building and there were people coming in and out of it. We all felt the quality was excellent even with difficult plaster restoration and very detailed trim work.
Description of Work: They painted common areas in our condo.

 + 1 moreTheir communication to me was excellent. They stayed on time and on budget. We didn't expect the walls to be crumbling and they did a good job of fixing them. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They stripped some wallpaper, and also did some painting and priming. They stripped five rooms, we have horse-hair plaster and they were able to manage patching it very well.

 + -1 moreMy neighbor had used him and referred him to me. He gave me a quote and we struggled to find a mutual time to do the work. We booked a time and he showed up on schedule and finished the job in five days. They were very accommodating and efficient.
