Dave looked the place over, then gave us the price he thought it should be listed for. It was under agreement in one day. Due to a language barrier, he thought the deal may fall through, he had 8 more offers in case that happened. The original deal went through, Dave kept us informed, he also made us aware of the smoke alarm inspection, he also closed all the loose ends, final meter readings and such that made the closing smooth.
