I have over 14 years of experience in the Greater Boston area, working on an exclusive basis with either home buyers OR sellers, helping them be successful in what is probably their biggest financial decision: buying or selling a home. • I work with you from day one, through every step of your transaction to closing and even beyond closing, as a valuable resource for the challenges you may face as a homeowner in the future. My goal is to have a happy client at the end of each transaction. I pride myself on giving straight forward, objective advice. My business is built on building long-term relationships with my clients. Many of my clients have bought or sold several homes with me. Unlike agents who only work with buyers, I feel it is an advantage to have experience as both a buyer’s agent AND a seller’s agent. This allows me to give you important insights from a buyers and sellers perspective. If you are buying, you may one day want to sell. If you are selling, you may want to buy another property. I have experience with both of these types of transactions. • I can also provide recommendations for attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors and other vendors you may need to complete your transaction. • My focus includes Boston, Back Bay, Cambridge, Brookline, Coolidge Corner, Newton, Somerville, Davis Sq., Arlington, Belmont, Brighton, Lexington, Lincoln and surrounding areas.
