 + -1 moreI called back again to tell him the box says GT500R but the invoice had a different model #. He said it was a honest mistake but I asked the sales clerk twice before I left and called the office when I was in the parking lot. I don't think they would have done this to a man but if I was not persistent in asking about the difference in price, they would have gotten away charging the higher price of $60 instead of the $44.
Description of Work: I called Beacon Electrical in the morning looking for outdoor flood lights with motion sensors and they recommended to buy the GT500R for $44.00. The sales clerk brought it out a box and charged me $60.00. I told him I was quoted a price of $44.00 and he said it was $60.00. I called back and told the office about being charged $60 instead of $44.00. He told me it was a different and better model than what I was quoted earlier.
