Clearly it went well as we hired them again for our second job! And we continue to refer friends to them.

Mr Malone is friendly and has been working for some years as an exterminator. We chatted a bit and then he climbed his ladder and got to work. The work was done smoothly.

They were there the same week I called. It was a 6 month guarantee. I had them come back twice but that's because I seen another mouse within 2 weeks but he said that was kind of expected but they did come the same week. They were pretty responsive. On price, I think when I was looking they were pretty affordable it wasn't to high or to low I think it was pretty average. I think they were 1 out 5. He was there for a good amount of time, he was very informative and he answered all my questions. He was there within the same week and it was depending on my availability too. They were really professional.

I was in my cedar shed and heard chewing sounds coming from the wall .  Not something I want to experience again -- creepy!  Since Fintan of Atlantic Exterminating had done such a good,  reasonably priced job getting squirrels out of my attic a few years ago, I called Atlantic right away.  Ann, who answers the phone, told me to call Fintan on his cell phone, since he was in my area.  He was able to come by that afternoon to diagnose the problem (carpenter bees) and treat the shed.  I wasn't home to see him work, but I saw some gunk applied up under the eave. 
Ann and Fintan are both very friendly and practical.  Fintan is a chatty Irishman, which makes interactions a little longer and a lot more entertaining.  I have great confidence that he knows what he's doing and will charge a fair price.

They were very good. Their price was reasonable. We saw a few stray bees after the fact. We called them; they came right back and took care of everything. They were just very assuring and responsive. We have not had any reoccurrences when they had done everything. We had actually used them several times.

He came in and took care of the problem immediately. He removed the bat without harming it. He was very prompt and responsive. His prices were very reasonable.

.. The owner comes out directly - and he is so nice and professional.  I am especially grateful because I have squirrels in my home and I didn't want to trap them or have them hurt (moved, yes but tortured, no).  Last time (a different, supposedly human pest company) we had some removed is was so awful for me and for the animals... they were caged and it was horrible to hear their screaming and their gnawing at the traps.  It was such a relief to have Atlantic come out to the house and offer to remove the animals humanely.  He told me how to think like a squirrel and how to remove them without injuring them.  He managed to do it - he installed one way little doors on the holes that the squirrels were entering and ways to know whether or not they were in the house still.  He helped to make sure that there weren't any babies in house.  If there had been, he also offered a human strategy (which we didnt need to do).  AND he offered a guarntee so that if they got back in to the house, he would come back for free.  I did have birds nest in the house and he came back for free.  I think this is a great small company and I recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Mahoney was a pleasure to work with.  His price was fabulous compared to the big companies, and he clearly knew what he was doing.  He also was able to come for the estimate and to begin work days before the big companies could, which mattered for me, because I had to head out of town.  I always like supporting small, local businesses when I can, and in this case it was the best option in every way.  While I hope not to need this service again, I would certainly call Atlantic Exterminating again if I need to.

I liked that they were responsive. They basically just came out and set up mouse poison bait, and they were respectful of some of the condo units about placement of the bait, because some of the people had cats and other people had children. So they were putting the bait in areas where it couldn’t be accessed by pets or kids. Then a little later we called them back because we still had some mice, and they came back out again at no cost. Then after that we didn’t have a problem with mice anymore. The workers were good. I think it was the owner that came out and he was fine. I don’t remember his name. He came out and he did what he was supposed to do. He didn’t take long. He was responsive when we called back. He didn’t charge us anything the second time. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a good job and the mice are gone. We were happy with it. They were very friendly and courteous. We used them a second time because we had bees swarm alongside the house. We were satisfied with the price.

Showed up and did an evaluation of the evidence, gave an honest appraisal and said we should just put better screening on the basement windows. Charged a nominal fee for time. Prior to that had squirrels continually in the eaves, came over on a couple of occasions and installed one-way traps and shut up the holes. Always friendly and stands by the work.

It was very good. He was good at everything. He did a thorough inspection. He did a very good treatment and was not pretentious. We had an estimate by another company and they just went overboard. This guy hit it just right. The chemicals that he used were environmentally friendly and I was not inconvenienced by it. He was very reasonable. His treatment also took care of spiders and centipedes, etc. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. He did a good job of explaining to you what needed to be done. I will use him again.

I called Atlantic Exterminating and explained we had squirrels in the house and Mrs. Maloney explained their humane approach. I think this is always how they do this but I was so pleased - it was just what I was looking for. More than 10 years ago, another animal removal specialist had trapped squirrels in our eaves promising that they would be "released in a forest in New Hampshire". The whole experience was awful with the poor trapped beasts gnawing all day long to try to escape their traps, getting all bloodied in the process and being nosy and terrified. (I know know that the guy a few years ago was probably killing them because relocating them is illegal) This time, Mr. Maloney suggested we wait for a dry warm day and screen out the little guys - and he had various ways of doing it with one way doors and screens so that they could re-enter if there was an emergency (like babies inside - as it is Spring). He could tell from the way the screens were moved if they were re-entering. He was very patient and did his work in several stages. I really admire how thorough and how kind he was to the little beasts. Even if you don't care for animals, I think his approach is superb. It was quick, quiet, efficient and clean. And his price was very reasonable - much less than the other people I contacts who just kill the animals. I am very pleased and I would recommend Atlantic to anyone.

It went very well, although a few weeks after the job, we noticed a horrible smell in one of our bathrooms, and suspected at least one mouse (if not more) had died inside. Fintan came back promptly, found a few dead ones in the basement, removed them, put out some new traps, and ensured us the smells would fade soon. It's still kind of smelly but has gone down. That's the only thing I'd be aware of for the future, is possibly exterminating in some other way to prevent the smells.

They returned my call right away. They came out the next day to do the job. They were very thorough in their work. They came back a couple of more times to make sure the squirrels had not come back. I haven't had a problem with the squirrels since Atlantic performed their services. They are very professional, efficient, and competent.

I called him in the morining and he was here in a half an hour. My experience with them was great. He answered the phone right away. It was seven thirty in the morining. He told me to call him back if I had any problems or questions.

Our home renovations turned up a sizable population of field mice living comfortably in our house. Eeeew! Atlantic was very responsive, they came out the same day that we called. Pricing was competitive with other companies profiles on Angie's list. He used two different types of bait, as well as sticky traps (at my request; he doesn't use them if customers are not comfortable with them). It took 45 minutes to place the baits. He was very thorough, placing baits and traps on all three floors of our house (plus the cellar with its icky crawlspace). He was sensitive to safety concerns we had regarding our infant child and two small dogs. Before leaving, he gave us a good description of what to expect in terms of the expected time frame of results.

Experience was fine. I called and left a message, call was promptly returned. Got a verbal quote, which matched the final price. I wasn't home when the inspection/baiting was done, but the certificate was completed on the day promised. I have no opinion on the quality of the work and I don't think that it was needed, nor do I think that it was a good deal but that's not the fault of the contractor, it was required by the city. I called a few places and Atlantic had the best price. Atlantic was responsive, on-time, and did what they said they would. I would use them again if I actually had a rodent problem.

The owner and his wife are very experienced and knowledgeable. Also extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Took care of our mouse problem and gave lots of good advice.
